Nominations are now open for our 2023 Environmental Education (EE) Awards! Nominations are due by 11:59pm on Monday, August 7, 2023. We will notify you of our decision by Friday, August 25, 2023. We have created a scoring rubric that’s available for nominators so that our award decision-making process is more transparent.
Each EE Award winner receives a certificate, monetary award, and RIEEA membership. We will celebrate the 2023 winners at a ceremony on Thursday, October 5, 2023 from 6:30-8:00pm. There will be lite fare served by a local caterer and a short program. Winners will be invited to attend to accept their award and registration will be complimentary for them (or for one representative if it is an organization or school) and a guest.
